Operational Technology Technician- Mining Technology & CommunicationsAutonomo is seeking experienced OT Technicians to support a range of DIDO or FIFO projects across the Bowen Bain.
These roles form a critical part of our project delivery and long-term site teams, working at the forefront of autonomous mining technology.We welcome applications from professionals with backgrounds including:Communications Technicians (Radio, LTE / 4G / 5G)Roster: 7:7 (days and/or nights) DIDOThe RoleAs an OT Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, support and maintenance of autonomous and mining technology systems across a variety of client sites.
You will work closely with customers, engineers and project teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite operational and technical support to ensure smooth project executionInstall and commission mining technology and communications solutions from multiple vendors for Tier 1 mining clientsSupport long-term projects as part of embedded site teamsComplete accurate and detailed installation documentationProvide technical input to assist engineering teams with the design of custom mounting and integration solutionsEnsure compliance with all safety, regulatory and site-specific requirementsWorking for AutonomoAutonomo is known for a strong culture of mateship, professionalism and technical excellence.
