Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join their Equity Operations team.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Responsible for establishing accounts for all products & services provided
Servicing clients maintenance needs on their accounts
Undertake investigations in respect to customer requests
Build & maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders
Demonstrate continuous process improvement and ongoing change improvement
Participate in cross training both within the team and the wider Market Operations team
Maintain a high level of risk management
To be considered for the role you will:
Tertiary qualification & RG146 Accreditation is desirable
2-3 Years Equities Support experience
Solid oral & written communicational skills
Have an ability to work at a fast pace and tight time frames.
