Kinder Lane Early Learning Centre - Jannali NSWAs Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of Kinder Lane.
You will work closely with our educators, families and leadership team to ensure the centre continues to provide a safe, nurturing and high-quality workplace for children.Key responsibilitiesLeading, supporting and developing our team of educatorsCreating a positive, respectful and enjoyable workplace cultureBuilding strong and genuine relationships with children and familiesDeveloping relationships with local schools, organisations and the wider communityOverseeing daily centre operations and staffingManaging rosters, recruitment and staff performanceEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulationsSupporting high-quality educational programs and outcomesManaging enrolments and family engagementOverseeing incidents, policies, procedures and complianceAbout youDiploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and CarePrevious experience in a Centre Manager/Director, Assistant Director or senior leadership positionStrong knowledge of the National Quality FrameworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to lead,
