Customer Service and Administration officerAustrahort Australia Pty Ltd - Cleveland QLDCustomer Service & Administration OfficerAbout the roleAustraHort is looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our friendly team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, takes pride in accuracy and loves keeping things organised.
You'll support our customers by preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating freight and maintaining accurate records while working as part of a supportive small office team.This is a permanent part time role with weekly hours agreed with the successful applicant, which may include school hours five days per week or a 4 day work week.As the business continues to grow,



this role offers genuine opportunity to expand in both responsibility and career development.Key responsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries by phone and emailPrepare customer quotations and process sales ordersCoordinate freight and customer deliveriesPrepare invoices and supporting documentationManage customer backorders and follow up enquiriesMaintain accurate records using Sage and Microsoft OfficeUpdate website products and pricingGeneral administration and office supportWhat we're looking forYou'll be someone who:Has previous customer service or administration experienceHas excellent attention to detailIs highly organised and enjoys following systems and processesIs confident using Microsoft Office (Sage experience is an advantage)Enjoys working in a small, collaborative teamTakes initiative and is always looking for better ways to do thingsFriendly, supportive small teamWork locally in the Redlands/Bayside areaVaried role where no two days are the sameOpportunity to grow with the business over timeAbout usAustraHort Australia has been supplying native seed and horticultural products across Australia for more than 20 years.
