What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the heartbeat of the sales team, supporting daily operations while building your own sales muscle.
Chatting with new leads, booking appointments, and keeping the energy high
Managing CRM data like a pro (we'll teach you everything)
Helping run the sales office — open, close, and make it shine
Jumping into socials, updating listings, and keeping marketing on point
Getting involved in events, launches, and VIP client days

You're confident, curious, and love people.

You're a outstanding communicator who loves connecting and making things happen
You're organised, sharp, and switched‐on
You've got hustle, ambition, and care about doing things right
Real estate experience is a bonus, not a must
You're happy to work weekends (where the action is!)
Must haves
NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Reliable car + valid driver's licence
