Henny's Deli is a brand-new neighbourhood café and deli opening at 618 Darling Street, Rozelle.We want Henny's to become a local favourite — somewhere people can grab a great coffee, fresh food and a seriously valuable sandwich.We're now looking for a Sandwich Hand / Food Prep team member to join us from the beginning.About the roleThis is a hands-on role focused on preparing fresh sandwiches and ingredients while keeping our food preparation area organised, stocked and ready for service.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing fresh sandwiches and deli itemsPreparing ingredients for daily servicePortioning, slicing and assembling ingredientsFollowing recipes and presentation standardsMaintaining consistency and qualityRestocking ingredients throughout serviceRotating and storing food correctlyKeeping preparation areas clean and organisedFollowing food safety, hygiene and allergen proceduresAssisting the kitchen team when requiredHelping with opening, closing and cleaning dutiesAbout youWe're looking for someone who:Has previous café, deli,
