Sirv is seeking supportive professionals to assist young people with complex needs in a nationally operating disability service.
You will work with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-oriented, person-centered care that enhances independence and quality of life.Applicants should have 2+ years in youth, disability, or aged care, with trauma-informed practice.
A valid driver's license, recent police check, First Aid/CPR, and NDIS Screening are required.
