Built on quality craftsmanship and a spirit of adventure, our hats are synonymous with Australian culture and identity.Working directly with the CFO, this role exists to enhance the Senior Leadership Team in decision support - bringing the analysis, the options and a recommendation, then tracking the value through to the P&L.About; the roleOwn and deliver month-end management reportingLead monthly forecasting and Business Unit reporting, and drive the annual budgetPrepare monthly CFO reporting and Business Review packsAnalyse revenue, COGS, OPEX and profit performance, and flag risks and opportunitiesManage OPEX and CAPEX, and partner with business stakeholders on bothDeliver supply chain value creation, procurement and product costing analysisDrive process, systems and automation improvements across FP&AAbout; youThis role is ideally suited to a high-performing FP&A; Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Reporting Analyst looking to step into their first senior-level position and broaden their exposure to executive stakeholders and business partnering.
Responsibilities include:4-6+ years in FP&A;,



commercial analysis or management reportingStrong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experienceAdvanced Excel, Powerpoint and financial modelling skillsStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skillsProactive, analytical and comfortable in a rapid-moving environmentManufacturing experience - product costing, production variances and inventoryExperience across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channelsSupply chain or procurement analysis exposure an advantageWhy Akubra?
