We are a boutique specialist plastic surgery practice in Newcastle, specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.We are seeking a warm, organised and detail-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our close-knit team.This is a varied, patient-facing role combining patient care, surgical administration and billing coordination.
You will play an important role in ensuring patients feel supported and informed throughout their journey with our practice.Key responsibilitiesProviding a welcoming and supportive experience for patients from initial enquiry through to surgery and follow-upManaging patient communication, enquiries, appointments and administrative follow-upPreparing patient quotes and assisting with payment and billing enquiriesProcessing Medicare and private health fund claims and following up outstanding mattersLiaising with hospitals, health funds and other healthcare providers regarding patient care and funding requirementsAssisting with front desk duties,
