You'll guide, mentor, and work alongside our hardworking crew on-site, ensuring every job is delivered to an exceptional standard.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering excellent results in paving, retaining walls, turf, garden beds, and hardscapingGuiding, mentoring, and working alongside our on-site crewCoordinating materials, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly and on scheduleReading and interpreting plans and project specificationsCommunicating clearly with clients, suppliers, and managementEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardWhat We OfferFull-time role offering long-term stability and consistent work$75,000-$80,000 base salary (depending on experience) + 12% Super + fuel allowanceThe chance to lead in a growing landscaping business making its mark on the PeninsulaA genuinely supportive workplace where you'll be listened to, respected, and valuedClear growth opportunities as the business continues to expandVariety of work - every outdoor space we build is different
