This is a role that reports directly to Managing Partner.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible who has 3-4 year experience in an accounting practice environment.
Necessary training and hand over will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayablePayroll management for clientsAd Hoc Clients reporting and queriesPreparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS)Assisting in preparation of Tax Returns for companies and IndividualsAssisting in the Preparation of analytical reports guided by the managerSMSF Tax Returns Preparation on BGLInvolve in ad-hoc projects when requiredIdentify needs and opportunities for process improvementsGeneral office administration functionsWorking on Xero, Xero Tax and QuickBooksCo-ordination with clientsFlexible and Friendly Work EnvironmentAbout youTo be successful in this role you will need to havePrevious 3-4 years experience in an accounting and tax practiceis MUSTAccounting DegreeXero-QuickBooks experience MUST MUST!!
Preferred to have knowledge of BGLGood knowledge of debits and creditsHigh attention to detailWell self-organized with an ability to multi taskClear communication skills, both written and verbal.Want to follow a career in finance or accountingIntermediate to Advanced computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Office suite ( Excel & Word skills highly desirable) MUSTWorking rights in Australia
