It is a senior engineering leadership position for someone who can combine deep software engineering and architecture expertise with a strong understanding of reliability, scalability and resilience.You will:Shape the technical roadmap and engineering strategyArchitect scalable, secure and highly resilient systemsRemain technically involved through design, coding and code reviewsEstablish engineering standards and modern development practicesMentor senior engineers and build a culture of technical excellenceImprove platform reliability, incident management and operational performanceExplore how AI and emerging technologies can improve engineering outcomesInfluence senior product,



technology and business stakeholdersWe're looking for someone with:Principal, Staff or Lead-level engineering experienceStrong software design and architecture capabilityExperience building and operating complex, high-performance systems at scaleDeep knowledge of reliability engineering and modern software developmentThe ability to translate business requirements into practical, extensible solutionsA track record of influencing and inspiring high-performing engineering teamsExperience in financial services or another highly regulated environment would be advantageousThis is an outstanding prospect to influence the reliability and engineering direction of a large-scale digital platform while remaining close to the technology.
