Ericsson's Network Operations Centre (NOC) Back Office team seeks an experienced network engineer who provides deep technical expertise across packet-core, IP, security and infrastructure, supporting high-availability mobile core services.You will lead complex investigations with customers and cross-functional teams, prepare corrective actions and system changes, mentor engineers, and participate in 24x7 rotations to protect service quality and SLA commitments.
