You will be the first point of contact for patients, clinics and hospitals, providing clear, professional support over the phone and helping patients access imaging services.You will book appointments, answer enquiries, update records across multiple systems and guide callers through the next steps in their healthcare journey in a quick-paced, supportive environment.
