Are you organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
We're looking for a Reservations Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.This is a remote role where you'll play an important part in the guest journey, managing reservation enquiries from first contact through to confirmation, helping guests find their ideal holiday accommodation and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standard of service Holiday Rental Specialists is known for.Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 9am - 5pm NSW TimeThis role will also support the revenue manager with daily revenue tasks relating to changes in pricing, minimum stays and settings on our pricing tool.You'll work closely with our wider team to maintain accurate bookings, resolve guest enquiries and support the success of our property owners.

this is a great opportunity to grow your experience in the holiday accommodation industry while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.What You'll Be DoingManaging reservation enquiries and bookings across phone, email and other communication channelsConverting enquiries into bookings by understanding guest needs and recommending suitable propertiesProviding explicit, timely and friendly communication throughout the booking processProcessing payments, managing booking changes and maintaining accurate reservation recordsHandling guest questions and resolving booking issues with professionalism and sound judgementBuilding a strong understanding of our property portfolio, booking systems and reservation processesWorking closely with property management, guest services and operations teams to support a seamless guest experienceIdentifying opportunities to improve the reservations process and contribute to team performanceSupporting the team through peak periods, when responsiveness, attention to detail and collaboration are especially importantHelping to increase the number of direct bookings we receive by building relationships with corporate travel agentsAssist with revenue management tasks to optimize prices across our portfolioWhat We're Looking ForExperience in reservations, customer service, travel,
