The role blends frontline patient care with office-based work, involving phone and face-to-face interactions with patients undergoing fertility treatment.You will support day surgery, coordinate care with clinicians, teach self-administration of IVF medications, and maintain accurate records.
AHPRA registration and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
