This is a hands-on technical role based in Morningside QLD ****, with responsibilities extending across our Brisbane and Gold Coast locations.
As a Dental Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing and servicing dental equipment, ensuring our clinics operate smoothly and our patients receive uninterrupted quality care.
This position is essential to the operational excellence of our dental practices and directly impacts the patient experience.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on dental equipment including chairs, handpieces, sterilisation units and associated clinical systemsRespond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns across Brisbane and Gold Coast locations to minimise downtimeConduct preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment operates at optimal performance and meets safety standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical faults, replacing components and parts as requiredMaintain detailed service records and documentation for all equipment servicing and repairsLiaise with dental staff to understand equipment issues and provide technical solutionsEnsure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and equipment manufacturer specificationsKeep up to date with new dental equipment technologies and service requirementsSource replacement parts and manage inventory of essential service materialsWhat we're looking forTrade qualification in electrical work,
