This is your career in health, amplifiedAmplar Health Home Hospital is seeking a casual Physiotherapist to join our Transition Care Service, working across the TCS locations in Walkerville and the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide CBD.
Shifts are available on a casual basis between Monday and Saturday, between 8:00am to 4:00pm.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering high-quality transitional care and supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.Your opportunityWorking within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based Physiotherapy to patients.
You will work with a diverse caseload of patients to help them achieve their functional goals, in addition to:Delivery of tailored physiotherapy assessment and interventionsCollaborate with members of a diverse teamSupport discharge planning and community reintegrationContribute to service development and quality improvement initiativesAbout youHave at least one year experience as a PhysiotherapistExperience in sub-acute, rehabilitation, or acute care settings (preferred)Have a commitment to person centred careHold current First Aid and CPR certificatesHold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
