We are a registered NDIS boutique disability support provider on the Gold Coast.
We specialise in providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in which a person is supported 24/7 to live as independently as possible in their home and community, while staying connected with their friends and family.
Our mission is to empower the participants we support to live the life they choose.About the Role:Our Disability Support Workers provide high quality, professional and individualised support by being actively involved with each participant, through assisting within their home and surrounding community.Previous experience supporting people who require Positive Behaviour Support Plans will be advantageous.
*YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SLEEPOVERS AND WEEKENDS*We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individuals to support our participants who can commit to our rosters, including sleepovers.
These hours are typically 2.45pm until *****pm, followed by an inactive sleepover from *****pm until 6.00am then resuming at 6.00am until 8.45am.If you are successful, you will assist our participants with the following:Daily living skillsDomestic tasks, e.g. cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shoppingCommunity connectionsPersonal careAdministering medicationAbout you:To be successful in this role,
