The OpportunityWe're urgently looking for DisabilityCommunity Support Workers living in the Sutherland area(Caringbah & Kirrawee).
In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.Experience & Skills RequiredHigh-care experiencedManual handling experiencedHoist trained and experiencedBowel care &Catheter; care experiencedColostomy care, PEG feedingPersonal care experiencedWhat You'll Be DoingProviding social support, companionship, and meaningful engagementAssisting with transport, shopping, appointments, and outingsDelivering personal care with dignity, respect, and compassionSupporting with domestic tasks and household dutiesAssisting with meal preparationProviding medication prompting and assistanceHelping maintain a secure, comfortable,



and welcoming home environmentWhat You'll GetOngoing support from experienced mentors and team leadersPaid induction and continuous trainingRegular weekday roster (Monday to Friday)Minimum 3-4 days availability requiredMorning & Afternoon shiftsWeekends shifts & Night shiftsWhat We're Looking ForAside from being able to work on morning & afternoon shifts we are also looking for someone that is also willing and can work on NIGHT SHIFTSCaring, empathetic, and reliable individualWillingness to learn and growCert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)Disability/Aged Care experienceDriver's licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCCAbout UsLumia Care is a leading Australian healthcare provider with 65+ years of experience and a growing national presence.
