The OpportunityWe're looking for an enthusiastic, organised Aftersales Support person to join our Myrtleford team and support customers across motorcycles, equipment, parts, accessories, servicing, and warranty.With plans for a new showroom in Myrtleford, this is an exciting time to join the business and be part of our continued growth.About the roleYou'll work closely with customers, the workshop, parts department, sales team, and suppliers to ensure our customers receive excellent after-sales support.Your responsibilities will include:Providing aftersales support for motorcycle and equipment customersAssisting with service, warranty and product enquiriesCoordinating warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliersFollowing up customers regarding repairs, parts and service progressOrdering and tracking parts where requiredLiaising with technicians, parts staff and sales staffMaintaining accurate customer and warranty recordsHelping resolve customer concerns in a professional and practical mannerSupporting the day-to-day operation of the aftersales departmentAbout youWe're looking for someone who:Has an interest in motorcycles, automotive,



machinery or equipmentEnjoys dealing with customers and solving problemsHas strong communication and organisational skillsCan manage several priorities at onceIs confident using computers and administration systemsWorks well as part of a busy teamTakes ownership and follows jobs through to completionPrevious experience in motorcycles, automotive, service advising, parts, warranty administration or a mechanical environment would be highly regarded.Why join us?
