As a Practice Nurse, you will be an integral member of the healthcare team, providing high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting the efficient operation of the medical practice.Key responsibilitiesDelivering primary and preventive nursing care to patients, including conducting health assessments, GPCCMP, Ear Syringing, Administering immunisations, Conducting Spirometry, Administering medications, and providing health education to our patientsCoordinating patient referrals and bookings, and assisting with the management of patient records, with high accuracy in documentationSupporting clinical procedures such as skin excisions, wound care, iron infusions and providing assistance to our general practitionersMaintaining a safe, clean and well‐organised clinical environment,
