To honour and respect our elders as family in happy, caring communities is our continuous mission.About the RoleDue to the growth of the organisation, we are looking for new talent to join our Finance team to provide support for general accounting & financial functions and ensure that all transactions meet the required standards and deadlines.Main duties include but are not limited to:Maintenance of ERP system, including client/vendor detail records of receipts and filing systems.Processing high volume of transactions in a timely and accurate mannerTracking invoices and follow up with queriesEnsuring correct allocation of costs to GL and cost center accountsTimely completion of monthly bank reconciliationExploring continuous improvement opportunities in the accounting system/processesAssisting in the preparation of year-end audit schedules.Involvement in projects and ad hoc duties as required or as directed by the Finance Team LeaderAccounts All Rounder.
