We're a well-established, self-performing business proud of its culture which has been built on team work, respect and integrity.Due to the continued growth of the business we are looking for a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team.This is a fulltime position based in our new Tomago workshop working Monday to Friday.ABOUT YOUAs a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic you will be responsible for servicing our light vehicle fleet.
Duties will consist of:Carry out servicing,



maintenance and repairs on a range of vehiclesDiagnose and rectify faults efficiently across vehicle systemsEnsure all repairs and maintenance meet industry and trade standardsAssist Plant Mechanics with repairs to earthmoving equipmentIdentify, source, and order parts as requiredMaintain a clean, safe and organised work area at all timesMANDATORYCRITERIA:Certificate of Proficiency in Automotive Mechanical Light VehicleMinimum 5 years experienceExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyWhite CardHIGHLY DESIRABLE:MDG25Forklift or Loader ticketWorking at Heights QualificationsDitchfield Contracting is an equal chance employer, we encourage those who meet the minimum requirements to apply.
