Our client is a well-established not-for-profit that is passionate about supporting the community.
With a strong community focus and a growing range of services, they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their close-knit finance team on a permanent full-time basis.
About the role
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and driving the timely collection of outstanding balances
Preparing and running regular invoice cycles accurately and on schedule
Investigating and resolving account discrepancies and responding to customer queries promptly
Raising and tracking credit notes, keeping records accurate and up to date
Setting up new customer accounts and keeping existing account details current
Helping to reconcile and process NDIS claims as needed
Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers




Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
About you
Eexperience in an accounts receivable, credit or billing position
Confident communicator who can handle sensitive conversations with empathy
A genuine interest in making a difference in the community
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain them
