The ability to self-manage is integral to the role, as is workload management.Key ResponsibilitiesData entry of new loan applications in to a CRM (loan processing) System ensuring excellent accuracyOrdering property ValuationsPreparing loan offer documentation in accordance with La Trobe Financials company policy and proceduresDevelop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Responding to inbound emails and telephone enquiries from both clients and internal stakeholdersOther administrative duties as requiredAbout YouDemonstrates superior customer serviceAML/CTF experience would be advantageousExceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure all deadlines and responsibilities are metExcellent telephone manner; patience, listening skills and ownership of the call is essentialAttention to detail with an ability to grasp new conceptsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer and Microsoft Office suite experienceHigh ability to work both autonomously and in a team environmentEmployee BenefitsWe're all about balance - delivering great work and enjoying the journey.
