J-PIPES INSULATION PTY LTD – Sydney CBD NSWThe role involves installing acoustic and thermal insulation to plumbing and drainage services across a range of construction projects throughout Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle.Key responsibilitiesInstall acoustic insulation materials to various plumbing and drainage servicesInstall thermal insulation to hot and cold water pipework and associated plumbing servicesMeasure and cut insulation materials accurately to suit different pipe sizes, fittings and site requirementsInstall insulation neatly, securely and with a high level of attention to detailApply tapes and finishing materials correctly, ensuring there are no exposed or protruding tape edges that may cause the lagging to loosen or fallEnsure insulation is properly fitted around bends, joints, fittings and other pipework componentsMaintain a consistently high standard of workmanship across all installationsFollow project specifications,



site requirements and installation proceduresWork efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlinesFollow all site WHS requirements and maintain a clean and secure working environmentAbout youValid Construction White Card – mandatoryAbility and willingness to work across different construction sitesGood attention to detail and pride in producing neat, professional workAbility to accurately measure and cut insulation materialsReliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to follow instructions, drawings and site requirementsPhysically capable of performing construction-based installation workPrevious experience in pipe lagging, insulation, plumbing, mechanical services or construction is highly regarded
