Team Leader, Multi Skilled - Civil is a hands-on leadership role combining team supervision, technical expertise and day-to-day operational delivery.Permanent full-time38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PMCommunity focused, values driven serviceClose to public transportAccess to Fitness Passport - discounted gym membershipsA supportive and inclusive work cultureFree in office parkingOpportunities for professional development and career progressionKey ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise and support a team of multi-skilled civil staff in the delivery of day-to-day civil maintenance and construction works.Plan, coordinate and allocate resources, plant, equipment and materials to ensure works are delivered efficiently and safelyUndertake and oversee civil works including roads, footpaths, kerbs, draining, paving and other public infrastructureMonitor work quality, productivity and compliance with Council standards, procedures, WHS and environmental requirementsProvide hands on technical guidance and support to the team, resolving operational issues as they arise.Coordinate works with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projectsand maintenance activities are delivered on time and to a high standardAbout YouDemonstrated skills and experience in providing leadership, direction, instructions,
