Customer Service Officer (Container Deposit Scheme)About the roleWe are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer (Container Deposit Scheme) to join our team at FOOTT in Benalla, Victoria.
We require a casual over our summer peak period for a minimum of 3 days, Monday, Friday and Saturday's.This is a casual position that will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers as part of the container deposit scheme.What you'll be doingProviding friendly and effective customer service to individuals and businesses using the container deposit schemeProcessing returned containersMaintaining accurate records and documentationTroubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issuesWhat we're looking forA friendly, patient and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customersGood problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
