Take on big challenges and grow through mentorship, collaboration, and empowerment.About the RoleBased out of our Mt Thorley Depot, as the new Maintenance Superintendent,you will be responsible for the secure and efficient running of day-to-day maintenance operations, key responsibilities will include:Manage and promote a proactive and engaged safety cultureEnsuring the highest quality standards are maintained to deliver for our clientsProviding focused and effective leadership to the workforceWorking closely with the Branch Manager to effectively control work scheduleOversee Planning and execution of repair schedulesManage and coordinate team's activities by setting performance objectives and allocating appropriate resourcesEnsure comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist decision makingDevelop and implement strategies to provide increases in safety and efficiencyDrive a high performance cultureThis role follows is a 5/2 Day Shift roster.About youTo be successful in this role you will require the following experience and qualifications:Trade Certificate and or Engineering Degree or equivalent qualificationsA minimum of five plusyears'experience in a similar leadership roleFamiliarity with maintenance management systems, JDE experience is advantageousAccounting and budgeting skills,
