You will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for LAN, WAN, wireless, radio and enterprise networking, acting as escalation point and guiding a team of specialists.You will mentor colleagues, review change plans and deliverables, monitor performance against SLAs, and contribute to knowledge sharing and service excellence across diverse industries.
