We're growing, and I'm looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team and work across all of our core practice areas.The workYou'll be running matters across our three main areas:Commercial work, including business and share sales and purchasesProperty, including commercial and residential purchases and salesPrivate lending, where we act for lenders, borrowers and guarantorsHow we workYou'll be trusted to run matters on your own, but you'll never be left on your own, because the team is always there for support and I'm in the trenches with everyone day to day.
We look at every deal with commercial pragmatism first and then put the law on top of it, and we would much rather bring a client a solution than a list of problems.




Being responsive matters a lot to us, and so does explaining to clients what the law actually means for them, so we're looking for someone who works the same way.About you5 to 7 years PQEExperience drafting and negotiating business and share sale agreementsComfortable running property matters through to settlement on PEXAExperience preparing loan and security documents, including PPSR registrationsHappy dealing directly with clients and running a matter from start to finish on your ownFlexibilityWe ask for three days a week in the office but otherwise we are pretty adaptable.
