Primo Foods is seeking a Quality Supervisor - Systems to join our team in Chullora and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing site quality and food safety systems.Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the site Quality Management System, supporting compliance with customer, regulatory and certification requirements, and partnering closely with operations to drive continuous improvement.
This role also contributes to national quality initiatives and supports quality outcomes across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day management of the site Quality Management SystemMaintain and continuously improve quality and food safety systems, including HACCP programsCoordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely corrective action closeoutReview, update and manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, specifications and recordsInvestigate quality issues and customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actionsPartner with Operations, Continuous Improvement and R&D; teams to drive quality and compliance outcomesSupport site food safety and quality meetings, training activities and change management processesMonitor compliance requirements, including supplier documentation, pest control programs,



verification activities and quality reportingWhat You'll BringTertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or a related science disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety systems and quality management systemsExposure to food industry standards and regulatory requirements, including BRC and retailer standardsProven ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong computer literacy with the ability to work confidently across multiple customer, business, and quality management systems, ensuring accurate data management, reporting and compliance outcomesWhy Join Primo?
