We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Depot Manager to oversee our Brisbane operations and manage our daily linehaul freight movements.We're a family-owned transport company specialising in overnight linehaul services between Brisbane and Central Queensland.
We're looking for someone who understands transport, can lead a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when required.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane depot.Coordinate and manage daily linehaul freight movements.Supervise drivers, loading and unloading operations.Manage freight allocations, dispatch and scheduling to ensure timely departures.Maintain communication with drivers, customers and our Central Queensland operations team.Ensure compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue management and workplace safety requirements.Maintain a safe,



efficient and well-organised depot.Jump behind the wheel when required to support operations.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in linehaul freight and transport operations.Strong understanding of freight handling, loading and dispatch.Proven leadership and organisational skills.Knowledge of NHVR compliance and fatigue management.HR licence desiredExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.A key leadership role within an established, family-owned transport company.A supportive team and direct communication with company directors.The chance to take ownership of our Brisbane depot operations.
