As a Senior Associate with the firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice and representation to our diverse client base.What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract and shareholder disputes , construction litigation, insolvency and regulatory investigationsCollaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectivesParticipate in the full range of dispute resolution activities including mediations, arbitrations, and trialsMentor and supervise junior members of the litigation teamContribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiativesWhat we're looking for5+ years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation, ideally in a reputable law firm or in-house legal teamProven track record of successfully handling a diverse range of commercial disputesExcellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and oral communication abilities,
