Project Manager, Civil & Underground ElectricalYou'll own a portfolio of Melbourne projects from award through to handover, leading supervisors and field crews and acting as the client's main point of contact.Key responsibilitiesPlanning, programming and resourcing works in tight urban environments, including crews, plant and subcontractorsSecuring and managing council, Department of Transport and Planning and utility permits, along with traffic management and night or out of hours worksManaging budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and monthly progress claimsContract administration, including variations, delays, notices and claim substantiationDriving safety leadership on site, including SWMS, permits, excavation controls, congested existing services and work near live electrical assetsManaging stakeholder and community interfaces with residents, businesses and councilsReviewing quality documentation, ITPs and as constructed recordsManaging subcontractor procurement, performance and paymentsAbout youBased in Melbourne's western suburbs, or within easy reach of them5+ years' project management experience in civil construction, ideally underground utilities or electrical distributionProven delivery experience in inner metropolitan Melbourne,
