This role requires a principal level BA with 25+ yearsof experience who can confidently navigate complex environments and driveoutcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on majortransformation programs involving multiple LoBs (e.g., Retail,Institutional, Risk, Finance, Operations)Demonstrated end-to-end BA ownership, including discovery,target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination,and go-live readinessExceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders across Product,Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and OperationsExperience working within large banking environments; Westpacexperience highly advantageousBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
