Retail Data Acquisition Services – Sydney CBD NSWAbout the RoleAs an Area Manager, your focus will be on ensuring stores consistently deliver the required standards across quality, customer service, merchandising, food, fuel and overall store operations.You'll spend time in the field conducting audits and assessments, but just as importantly, you'll work alongside store teams to coach, influence and implement practical improvements.What You'll Be DoingChampion retail standards across stores, including merchandising, marketing, point-of-sale and customer serviceConduct quality, standards, audit and product compliance checksMonitor compliance across food safety, safe working practices and workplace health & safetyIdentify operational gaps and work with Licensees and Store Managers to develop and implement improvement plansCoach and train store teams to ensure consistent brand and operational standardsComplete the full audit cycle, assessing operational effectiveness, financial reliability and complianceAnalyse audit findings and store data, preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve sales, marketing and store performance, and support their implementationBuild solid relationships with Licensees, Store Managers and internal and external stakeholdersSupport new store openings and the rollout of field programs and initiativesTravel regularly across the state, including some overnight stays and occasional air travelWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident working with people and comfortable assessing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.Whether your background is in retail management, fast food, petrol & convenience or auditing, this is an opportunity to take your experience into a broader, multi-site Area Manager role.To Be Successful, You'll BringPrevious experience in retail,
