Part Time - 3-month contract | $650–$700 per day + super | November start

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate a key annual reporting project in a mature, collaborative environment.
This is a part-time contract role with 2-3 working days per week, flexibility for the right candidate.
The role
Manage delivery: Own the timetable, milestones and dependencies.
Coordinate stakeholders: Collate content and approvals across finance, corporate affairs and senior leadership.
Verify information: Maintain supporting evidence, accurate records and version control.




Keep momentum: Follow up contributors, resolve bottlenecks and meet publication deadlines.
About you
Strong project management and coordination experience within a Marketing function.
Experience in annual reporting (highly regarded), investor relations, corporate affairs or similar corporate publications.
Background within financial services or a highly regulated setting.
Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
Flexibility to work on a part-time basis; 2-3 days per week for 3 months
