Support At Home Manager - Community Aged Care - BrisbaneSAH Manager - Community Aged Care - BrisbaneMake a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.We are seeking an experienced Community Aged Care Manager (Support at Home) to lead a care team and ensure the delivery of protected, compliant and high-quality services for clients living at home.OverviewWorking for a NFP organisation with rapid growthFuture opportunities to progress within the businessWorking alongside another SAH ManagerA portfolio of around 700+ SAH Packages and ****+ CHSPMonday to Friday - full-time roleBase yourself at any of the providers locations in Brisbane (North or South)Directly managing and overseeing a large team of Care PartnersAHPRA RN / EN's - preferred$140-$145k + super (depending on experience and if you hold an AHPRA EN/RN qualification)About the roleAs SAH Manager, you will lead and support a high-performing care team, overseeing care planning, service delivery, compliance, quality improvement and participant outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with participants, families,



care teams and external health professionals to coordinate services that are respectful, responsive and tailored to individual needs.RequirementsExperience at Senior Management level in Aged CareDiploma of Community Services, Diploma of Ageing Studies and Services or equivalent qualification.Strong knowledge of Support at Home requirements, aged care legislation, quality standards and provider obligations.AHPRA qualification preferred but not essential.Minimum five years' experience in home care management or clinical leadership.Experience developing and managing Care Plans, Service Agreements, budgets and client reviews.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with participants, families, staff and external stakeholdersUnrestricted Australian working rights - NO SPONSORSHIPInterviews will take place ASAP:Additional information$140-$145k + super + salary packaging benefitsBase yourself at any of the providers locations in Brisbane (North or South)Rapid growth so opportunities to progress further in your career
