Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this role is focused on improving operational performance across multiple sites by driving process improvement, increasing visibility of key metrics, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Commercial, Finance, and Safety teams, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, improving systems and processes, and supporting the successful delivery of operational and capital projects.This is a full-time onsite role based out of our Epping site,



with occasional travel to all Repurpose It sties.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations:Develop and monitor production KPIs across sitesImprove equipment performance and operational efficiencyIdentify process improvements and reduce operational inefficienciesSupport planning, forecasting, and coordination across teamsAssist with SOP development and continuous improvement initiativesProjects:Support delivery of CAPEX and operational improvement projectsAssist with process engineering and operational trialsCoordinate contractors and project activities onsiteSupport implementation of current technologies and operational processesSafety:Promote and maintain a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with safety procedures and site requirementsReport hazards, incidents, and safety concerns promptlyLead by example in safe work practicesQuality:Ensure compliance with IMS, ISO*****, and ISO***** standardsSupport quality and compliance outcomes across operationsReport non-conformities and improvement opportunitiesAssist in maintaining product and operational standardsAbout You:Degree qualified in Engineering or relatedExperience in Manufacturing, Construction, Waste, Recycling, or similar industriesExperience supporting operational or CAPEX projectsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teamsRepurpose It is committed to providing an inclusive workplace and welcomes all individuals from different backgrounds, gender and ethnicity to apply.
