Location: Mabuiag Island, Torres Strait, Queensland
Contract: 1 November – 9 December ****
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join a remote primary healthcare team on Mabuiag Island.
This role is ideal for a senior clinician with robust emergency and primary healthcare experience who thrives in autonomous rural and remote practice.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' nursing experience
Current ALS/PALS
Neonatal Resuscitation (First Responder)
MEC/REC certification
Participation in portfolio and audit management as a senior staff member
Highly Desirable:
RAN or RIPRN qualification
Sexual Health, Child & Maternal Health and Immunisation experience
Manual driver's licence
