Casual | until 1st November | Rostered shifts including weekends & public holidays
Your new role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for shoppers.
You'll assist with:
General enquiries and directions
Supporting centre promotions and events
Creating a positive and helpful environment for all visitors
What you'll need to succeed
A warm and approachable personality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster




Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
