The role is hands-on, coaching a team on the floor across Processing or Packing, with a 4-on/4-off roster within a 24/7 setting.Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will drive safety, quality and performance while mentoring colleagues and supporting site-wide continuous improvement.
