About The Role
We're looking for a Melbourne-based Graphic Designer to join a quick-paced production rollout for an entertainment and resorts client.
This is a hands-on, onsite role covering leave cover, ideal for a designer experienced across both print and digital deliverables and can move quickly from concept to final production files.
This is an onsite role for 3 weeks from mid-November.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end production rollout of campaign assets across multiple formats and channelsDesign and adapt print collateral (brochures, signage, point-of-sale, out-of-home) and digital assets (social, web banners, EDMs,



display ads)Apply design thinking to translate brand and campaign briefs into visually aligned creativeUse Adobe Firefly for AI-assisted image generation, content-aware editing, and rapid asset variation at scaleMaintain brand consistency across a large volume of templated and bespoke assetsCollaborate closely with account/production leads to meet tight, date-specific deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in production design/rollout — comfortable working across large volumes of assets under deadline pressureStrong print production knowledge (prepress, file setup, printer specs)Strong digital design skills (responsive/web, social formats, EDM)Excellent experience across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Solid conceptual/creative design ability — not just template executionExperience with hospitality, or resort clients highly regardedFamiliarity with DAM/asset management systemsExperience working within established brand guidelines for multi-market rolloutsMotion/animation basics (After Effects) for digital assets
