We enable your best to power our future.Job DescriptionTo maintain the health of the Television Audience Measurement panels and to co-ordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations.Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPI's and commitmentsOversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clientsEnsuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systemsPerform on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvementCompile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reportingProvide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clientsProvide ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clientsMaintain technical documentation and support to third party software suppliersQualificationsAble to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as requiredPromote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the businessStrong communication skills,
