We are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team, based in Seven Hills.
The successful candidate will have a high level of understanding in all areas of Health, Safety and Environment.
You will be responsible for providing HSE advice to a challenging and exciting Project within our rail team and deliver initiatives that continue to improve the John Holland HSE culture.Key responsibilities of the role include:Providing expert advice to ensure compliance with John Holland, Client, and Regulatory requirementsImplementing and maintaining company safety inspections and audit schedulesCarrying out site safety inspections and providing support to action corrective actionsLiaising with Projects to gain insights into how to improve John Holland systemsDeveloping and implementing strategies that improve operational performance.Providing support to develop safety documentation such as SWMS and work plansPlanning and facilitating hazard analysis and risk assessment activities in a multi-discipline work environmentReviewing and implementing legislative and regulatory changes as requiredManagement of incident reporting,
