Enterprise Agreement interpretation and HR best practiceSupporting fitness for work, return‐to‐work and absenteeism matters in partnership with the Health teamBuilding strong relationships with leaders and employees across siteWorking with Payroll, Travel and Site Administration to resolve employee and roster‐related mattersSupporting HR projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesEscalating complex employee relations matters where requiredAbout YouYou're an approachable and solutions‐focused HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and providing practical advice in a fast‐paced environment.To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist roleTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experienceExperience across employee relations, investigations, performance management and disciplinary processesWorking knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards and/or Enterprise AgreementsStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA practical and confident approach to working with leaders at all levelsExperience in mining, construction, civil, manufacturing or another industrial environment will be highly regardedBuild Your HR Career with MacKellarAt MacKellar, our people are fundamental to our success.
