Westfund is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our People & Culture operations.
Based in Lithgow with hybrid work options, you will oversee HR for around 240 staff across NSW and QLD, including employee relations, payroll, contracts and recruitment.You'll lead a team of five and partner with the Chief People Officer to shape practical HR processes and deliver timely advice to leaders and employees across the business.
