About the Role
The Learning Enrichment Coordinator provides strategic and operational leadership of the Years 7-12 Learning Enrichment program. You will lead a dedicated team while partnering closely with teachers, pastoral leaders, students, families and external specialists to ensure inclusive practices are embedded across the Senior School.
Full time permanent teaching position with a 3 year term of Position of Added Responsibility.
Your work will span educational adjustments, student support planning, intervention programs, gifted education, EAL/D support, NCCD processes and QCAA Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments (AARA). Most importantly, you will champion a culture of belonging where diversity is valued and every learner is supported to reach their potential.

3. Student Support, Case Management and Support Plans
4. EAL/D, Intervention, Enrichment and Extension Programs
5. NCCD, Compliance and Stakeholder Partnerships

Experience leading learning support, inclusion or student support programs
Demonstrated knowledge of inclusive education and educational adjustments
Strong understanding of NCCD, Disability Standards for Education and related compliance requirements
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
The ability to coach and develop staff capability in inclusive practices
A commitment to creating environments where every student feels valued, respected and capable of success
